U.S. & INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING and RETURNS
We offer free ground shipping on orders going to any destination within the contiguous United States. Please allow 3-7 business days for arrivals.
Orders placed before 3 PM CST will ship the next business day, all other orders will be shipped within 2 business days. Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email including your shipment tracking number.
We are happy to ship internationally. Most orders will be shipped between 8-10 business days. If you are waiting on your order to arrive and haven't received a notice from your post office, please check with your local post office before contacting customer service.
Once your parcel has arrived in your country, it will be passed on to an internal postal service, according to standard delivery procedures. All applicable custom fees, taxes and duties are the sole responsibility of the customer. Custom authorities require that we state the value of your order directly on your package. Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination. It is at the sole discretion of custom agents to release your package. Note, in rare occasions custom agents may delay delivery of some packages.
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. All returns must be requested within 30 days from date of receipt. Return packages must be postmarked no later than 30 days from date of original purchase. Regularly priced merchandise may be returned for a full refund within the aforementioned time period. Items should be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.
Refunds may only be issued in the same form as was utilized for payment. Please note that we do not refund return shipping charges. We recommend that you insure your package and use a shipper, such as USPS Priority Mail, UPS or Federal Express that allows you to track your package. We are unable to accept a return COD. Please note that it may take up to ten business days for your refund to be processed.
All items are quality controlled and checked for any faults before they are shipped to customers. Should you receive an item that is not in perfect condition please contact customer service at email@example.com immediately.
